What is normal cruising speed and max speed in calm seas. Engine running hrs if known or approximate. Are engines running well ? Is cabin top fwd and aft made of wood or GRP . Is there a dinghy and outboard included. What nav instruments are on board. Any more photographs. Where and when can the boat be viewed. Is there a recent survey report (last 10 years ?)
