Dear Madam, dear Sir ! ... with interest I noticed about your sale proposal of Cassis. Beautiful little Triple-Keeler. I look for myself for such a boat, which can fall dry. I have a background of more than 40 years in sailing, and I am also working as as captain on traditional commercial sailing ships ( I have graduated with captain diploma for commercial vessels up to 500 tons displacement at Dutch Nautical colleague - www.ezs.nl ) I will sail in tidal waters like the Frisian Islands, the Waddenzee (front Dutch coast) this Seamaster 815 is ideal. The Holman & Pye design would fit perfectly my needs, as it has also headroom of 1.85m inside (Rec.: I am 1.83 m tall). If you have more photos or details, feel free to send me via direct email.
