Hi, am interested in the boat, can you advise what happened to the rudder? Is it a fin keel - and do you have any photo's of the keel bolts? Are the electrics in working order generally? it looks like it's been stood for a while - when did it last sail? Has there been any water ingress at all? Do you have a video of the engine running? Is there a particular reason people have previously decided against buying it? I'm up North so it's a long way to come to view hence the questions. Thanks for any additional information, Iain.
