Ref your narrowboat. Could you please advise when the boat was last out of the water for blacking and inspection, What is the thickness of the base plate and sides. Is there a current boat safety certificate If there is when does it run out When was the engine last serviced, Could you tell me the area where the boat is moored for inspection, and would the mooring be transferable.
