Hello, I am looking for some assistance. I have been offered a residential mooring in Torpoint Cornwall and I am looking to get a small widebeam made. The boat yard has a crane their end to lift a total of 20tones. I am looking for a cabin of 30feet long and 12feet wide. I don’t require a engine as the boat yard can get the boat in place. I am looking for a fully insulated boat and a shower room and plumbing in place for the kitchen and a washing machine. I will have mains electric hook up to the boat at all times and water.
