Hi I am looking for costings for a 40Ft ish (but no longer than 42) wide beam steel boat possibly 12ft wide if not 10ft It is to go on my mooring in London so it cant be more than the above and its for my son to live in so would like a large living area and kitchen with a good size walk in shower and a proper double bed Also max headroom throughout as he is 6ft 6in tall Is this a possibility
