Photo 7 for Narrowboat Widebeam And Houseboat Shells

Hi there I am interested in buying a small house shell. I am new to boating and obviously wanting to avoid the many pitfalls of buying a used narrow boat with a bad hull. May I ask please what comes with the shell does it include blacking and primer over the steel a motor? What are the prices for a 20', 26' and a 30 footer please. Many thanks in advance Alan
