Norman 23' Cabin Cruiser (Live Aboard)

Relisting due to time wasters. Hi. I am selling this boat for a good friend who at present is not in a position to do so himself. I believe it is a Norman 23 mk1. 23' 7.01 metres long 6' 10" 2.083 metres beam and 1' 10" draught. It is in a generally good condition with the obvious age related marks and scratches etc.

But would be ideal for converting into a live aboard, so if you can see through the blank canvas, it may be the one for you!! For the last few years it has been used as a live aboard on the uk canals. As you can see from the pictures nearly all the interior has been removed as it was past its best, the front bunks are still intact with storage underneath and on the rear deck there is more storage, one for the 2 batteries (included) one for the gas cylinder, there is another store for the petrol tank lower down on the rear deck. There is a solar panel on the roof which keeps the batteries charged and the rooftop box included. It also will come with 1 small 650 watt and 1 2800 watt generators (don't know working condition).

The engine is a Mariner 15 hp four stroke electric start but there is an issue with reverse which I believe it may be just a matter of adjustment as the gearbox was looked at and seemed to be ok but i cannot be totally sure, in forward gear it seems to have more than enough power and cruises well. As you can see from pics there are no electrics inside.it has a canopy which also needs a bit of TLC.There is no BSC on it at the moment. I think it essential that you make an appointment to view the boat prior to bidding as I will require a non refundable deposit of £50 at the end of the auction via pay pal .pay pal would be preferred.The boat is currently in the Milton Keynes area.
