Photo 1 for Norman 23' Cabin Cruiser (Live Aboard)

Hi me and my husband are interested in your boat. We have a few questions hope you don't mind. Is the engine functioning ?. Obviously we would be rebuilding the boat on the inside but we need to know the outside is in working order. Does the boat have it's Boat safety scheme certificate ?. we would require to be taken out for a 30 minute spin to insure it works fine. When did the boat last have its anti fouling ?. Thank you.
